Artwork GuidelinesThe following guidelines are standard within the printing industry. If digital files are not available, please supply the highest quality artwork (no folds, staples, smudges and a smooth surface) available for scanning and/or recreating digitally. We CANNOT accept files from MS Publisher, CorelDraw or Word. You can use this and make it into a jpg or pdf. We will need the original photos, logos, or clipart, since we will rebuild the ad. If you need help outside of these guidelines, please ask, we are here to ensure the best ad possible for you. Website ArtworkArtwork from the web is generally not acceptable, the resolution is too low to ensure a quality reproduction in the print environment. Photos and clipart purchased from an online source such as istockphoto.com or clipart.com are acceptable, please purchase the medium to high level of quality and supply the original image to us. PhotosIf taking photos with a digital camera, please use the highest resolution setting available on your camera, and send us the original image direct from the camera. If supplying photographs, photos printed from a home (inkjet) printer cannot be used. Our environment:We use InDesign CS4, using Illustrator and Photoshop CS4 on a Mac platform.
